Lost water pressure in the house. Previous home owner had used Adams 30 years ago to install a new well and bladder. Ryan from Adams came over and fixed our issue in 30 minutes. Well pump and bladder from them 30 years ago are still working great and just happened to be a bad electrical switch on the bladder which was an easy fix and had the parts on hand. Ryan was really informative and gave me some good info on routine maintenance and what to expect in the future with our well system. Thanks Ryan, I'll be reaching out again when we're ready to replace the old system.

After having moved in to a new house and having had a new well put in, we were having issues with our water treatment tanks. Anyone that has a well problem knows exactly how stressful that can be. I had called two other well services before I found the listing for Adams well drilling. Both of those well services were booked or had people working that they couldn't pull to come do a diagnosis for at least four days or a week. I was beginning to feel anxiety. I called Adams well drilling expecting to get another answering machine. My call was answered by Candace, who took my information and told me that the guys were out on jobs but she would get back with me that day to see when she could get someone out here. Within an hour, Candace called me back to tell me that one of their crews as going to be in the area that same afternoon. Within three hours of that call, I received a call from Travis, who had to make a stop on the same road I live on and that he was on his way. Within 15 minutes after Travis arrived, he had determined that I had a bad wire somewhere between the well cap and the pump or within the pump. The next thing I knew Travis was positioning the truck to pull up the pump. This 4 inch well was placed in 1974 with an iron pipe. Back in those days, 4 inch wells used something like a 3 7/8 inch wide pump. Not much clearance. A lot of rust and corrosion can build up in that well pipe, preventing easy extraction. Needless to say, Travis is a master and his apprentice Gabe took this situation in stride. It was hard and they had to finagle this pump out, but they were not deterred. I witnessed professional teamwork that can only be described as amazing. What I saw made me think of a well choreographed well practiced dance routine, where in which very few words would need to be spoken for one of the other to know the next step without missing a step. It was obvious to me that the level of knowledge and experience that Travis and Gabe had was calming me as my stress and anxiety was steadily decreasing. The pump was 51 years old. In less than three hours, the new pump was in and the well flushed, tank cleaned and I was looking at my invoice with a smile on my face. The price was reasonable and fair and actually below what I was anticipating.
